Boston Globe 2/16/09: Wayland girls ready to chase fourth title.  The girls from Wayland High will get a chance to win their fourth straight MIAA state swimming and diving championship.
The Lady Warriors jumped out to an early lead and held off Dual County League rivals Weston and Lincoln-Sudbury in yesterday’s North sectional championship at MIT’s Zesiger Aquatic Center to advance to next Sunday’s Division 2 state final. Wayland finished with 281 points, comfortably ahead of Lincoln-Sudbury (205) and Weston (191 1/2).
