Congresswoman Niki Tsongas will be hosting a telephone town hall meeting for Wayland, Sudbury and Acton residents January 29, at 7pm.  The telephone town hall will be similar to traditional town hall meetings in which participants ask questions and discuss current events directly with Congresswoman Tsongas, except it will take place over the telephone and people can participate from the convenience of their homes. "I am always looking for new ways to stay in close contact with Fifth District residents so that people can easily share their opinions and ideas with me," said Congresswoman Tsongas. "That is why I am hosting this telephone town hall meeting for Wayland, Sudbury and Acton residents." This will be the first in a series of regional telephone town hall meetings that Tsongas will be hosting throughout the year. "People can participate by simply picking up the phone and talking to me about legislation Congress is considering, such as the American Recovery and Economic Reinvestment plan, or happenings in their communities.
