Wayland Town Crier 1/15/09: Excitement surrounding Oxbow Road development. A lottery to determine who will be the future owners will be held at 6pm on January 20 in the Town Building. The townhouse-style homes with open floor plans are fully Energy Star-plus compliant. The homes have extra insulation, high efficiency furnaces and water heaters, and photovoltaic panels to generate some electricity. The affordable units are expected to be ready for occupancy by late January or early February.
