News and Information for Wayland
It has been seven years since the #MeToo movement. People have been put in jail for abuse and some have been cancelled for misogynistic behavior. But, has anything really changed? We all know others were not jailed or cancelled, but instead venerated for their hurtful rhetoric toward women. Let’s join together on Feb.11 at 10 a.m. to explore how we can continue to rise up and end the systemic disempowerment of women and create a welcoming world for all. The Rev. Deborah Bennett will lead the service.
