The latest edition of WaylandCares' (formerly the Wayland Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition) newsletter is available. The new name WaylandCares better captures the wide range of work needed to help youth make healthy decisions.  WaylandCares along with Wayland Youth and Family Services and the Wayland Public Library is sponsoring a book group discussion on January 25th at 7:15pm. The book, The Price of Privilege, is about raising children in relatively affluent communities. Among other issues to be discussed is "When does encouragement become unhealthy pressure?"
