The Rivers School varsity basketball teams will host the Weston High School varsity basketball teams for the second annual Heated Lions Tournament on Saturday, December 5th. Play will commence at 4pm in the Rivers gymnasium with the girls varsity teams. The Heated Lions team will then play a scrimmage followed by the boys varsity teams. The Heated Lions Cup will be awarded to the school with the greatest total points accrued.

 

Admission is free and open to the public. 

 

Any donations will benefit the Heated Lions sports teams. Heated Lions is an independent sports and recreational program for teens and young adults with disabilities. Wayland resident, Rebecca Lynch, is the president. Her daughter, Elle Bacon, is the cheerleading coach. For more information or to donate, please visit our web site at www.HeatedLions.org.
