Wayland Town Crier 6/26/09: New director of Wayland Schools Community Programs. Superintendent Gary Burton has announced that Brian Jones of Newton will assume the full-time duties of the director of Wayland Schools Community Programs (WSCP) beginning July 1. Jones is currently the newly hired director of Pegasus, the district’s six-week summer enrichment program. Pegasus is located at Wayland Middle School and engages approximately 250 children in a variety of academic and play-based activities in two separate three-week sessions.
