Wayland Town Crier 5/28/09: Dudley Chateau to reopen for business. With its unparalleled view over the setting sun on Dudley Pond, Wayland’s lively, but troubled, Dudley Chateau has reopened after several months spent remodeling and bringing the premises up to code. The town shut down the establishment in January after a violent altercation right after Christmas. The popular watering hole will be on probation for three years. The Dudley Chateau, located at 20 Crest Road, will be open from 11am to midnight on Monday to Saturday, and noon to midnight on Sunday, serving lunch and dinner. A grand opening celebration is planned for June 5.
