Learn more about Lifelong Learning: An Independent Collaborative

Lifelong learning is alive and well in MetroWest. LLAIC (Lifelong Learning: An Independent Collaborative (www.llaic.org) is a multifaceted organization providing intellectually stimulating courses as well as cultural and social programming for senior adults.

In addition to a wide variety of courses during the week, LLAIC has a wide range of special-interest groups, such as French and Spanish conversation, movie and book groups, an investment group and current events. As a result of the pandemic and the emergence of Zoom, LLAIC developed a LLAIC Loves Art program, where members have an opportunity to hear from museum docents from around the country who offer museum tours and lectures. The special-interest groups, the LLAIC Loves Art programs, even a full Wintersession and Summersession, are included in the very affordable membership fee: $80 annual or $45 semester.
