Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Series
Wednesdays: January 25, February 1, February 8, February 15, 12-2pm at the Wayland Town Building, Large Hearing Room, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland MA 01778
Pre-register/consent to vaccination online here prior to arrival. Links will also be posted to the Wayland and Weston Health Department web pages.
We are offering initial COVID-19 vaccine and boosters as follows:
- Moderna 6 months – 4 years primary vaccine
- Pfizer 5+ years primary vaccine
- Moderna 6 months – 4 years bivalent booster
- Pfizer 5 years -11 years and Pfizer 12+years and older bivalent booster

Masks will be required, as at all vaccination sites per Mass DPH.
