Trip to Boston Symphony

On Thursday, November 3, let the Council on Aging drive you to the Boston Symphony Orchestra’s Open Rehearsal. Enjoy Mozart’s Symphony No. 40 in G Minor, Strauss’ vivid Alpine Symphony, and American composer Caroline Shaw’s Bach-inspired Punctum. Our van departs the COA at 9:00 a.m. for the 10:30 a.m. concert. The cost is $20 for transportation; riders must purchase their own Boston Symphony tickets or subscription. Enjoy a unique concert and a “backstage” glimpse into the process of making beautiful music. We will also attend rehearsals on January 19, February 16, and April 13. You can reach the BSO Box Office at 888-266-1200 or www.bso.org
