The Sudbury Companies of Militia and Minute’s October Muster will feature guest speaker Steve Glovsky on “Henry Knox Trail Markers”. October 3 at 7:30pm in the Wayside Inn ballroom. Their speaker this month will be Wayland attorney and historian, Steven Glovsky. His topic is the historic trail markers for the journey of Henry Knox and the Fort Ticonderoga cannons from upstate New York to Dorchester Heights in the middle of the winter to bring much-needed artillery to the rebels in Boston. Mr. Glovsky has thoroughly researched and documented the markers, along with the modern placement including the address and stories of each marker.
