Tuesday, June 21, 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. in the Town Building Large Hearing Room. Fitness instructor Joe Scianna will offer a free yoga strengthening demo class for the Council on Aging. What is yoga strengthening? A combination of standing and floor postures to stretch and strengthen the body. The practice brings vital balance and creates physical, mental and spiritual harmony. Geared toward all levels. Bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Participate, or just observe, based on your tolerances. With sufficient interest, the COA will plan summer classes.
