The Wayland Department of Public Works is holding a Paper Shredding Event on Saturday, May 21, 9am—noon at the Wayland Transfer Station.
It is open for all Wayland residents to safely dispose of documents containing personal and/or sensitive information. No transfer station sticker is required. Please bring proof of residency.
Shredding will be done on-site as you watch. All containers brought to be emptied must be taken back with you.
There is no need to remove staples, paper clips or rubber bands, but binders, binder clips, and metal fasteners must be removed.
