First Parish in Wayland: Treehugger

Please join us on April 24 at 10 a.m. for a service on the theme, “Treehugger.” When we look at the natural world, are we just seeing what we get out of it, or are we viewing animals and plants in our world as their own beings with their own stories? Are we truly seeing the fullness of trees and other plants for who they are, or are we viewing them as objects? Can we accept, and even find comfort in, the notion that their worlds do not revolve around us?

For the safety of us all, especially the young children and vulnerable among us, we require that everyone attending services wear a well-fitted surgical (or more protective) mask during the service and ask that all eligible attendees be vaccinated. You may also watch our services on Facebook or contact our office for Zoom information. Please see uuwayland.org for more information.
