Wayland resident and writer Joy Winkie Viola will share tales from her book From Schnitzel to Nockerln and Everything That Happened In Between. The book recounts her global adventures with Alfred, her late husband of 56 years. This is a book of adventure, often humorous, that spreads from the rain forests of Trinidad to the Outback of Australia and all the way to the ice-covered continent of Antarctica.
