Wayland Public Schools is now focused on partnering with the state to launch a six-week state funded program by February. Enroll and learn more about the six-week program online here.

Please note: if you have already enrolled in the testing program prior to the state announcement, there is no need to sign up again.

Some resources are not covered in the state’s funding so a small fee is possible. More information will be forthcoming.

Key elements include:

• Pooled PCR tests with 24-48 hour turnaround of pool results
• Individual testing of positive pools using the Abbott BinaxNOW antigen test with results in 15 minutes
• Individuals in positive pools will quarantine until the BinaxNOW result is obtained
• Anterior nasal swab (short swab, not deep nasal swab) either self-administered or collected by trained staff
