Wayland Town Crier 8/15/17: Cochituate State Park boat ramp project on tap. Boaters, fishermen and other Cochituate State Park users will benefit from an upcoming project to revamp the park’s popular boat launch. The project is expected to break ground in fall 2018 after going through permitting and bidding. Officials hope to enhance accessibility, expand recreational opportunities and reducing overcrowding problems. Construction is estimated at $1.2 million, according to DCR.
