Note:  CPA contributions accumulate in a Community Preservation Act fund that is spent on projects housing, open space and recreation projects in the Town of Wayland.  The state matches each dollar the Town's inputs to this fund.  The state currently matches 1:1, but starting July 1, the match ratio will be reduced as the state does not have adequate funds for a full match.
