Friday, February 20, Musicians of the Old Post Road present Bach and His Legacy, First Parish in Wayland, 8pm.

Co-presented with the Wayland Historical Society, Musicians of the Old Post Road return to First Parish in Wayland, continuing their 20th anniversary season celebration with a program of exquisite trio and solo sonatas by J. S. Bach, his son Carl Philipp Emmanuel, and his star pupils, J.P Kirnberger and J.G. Goldberg.  Performers will include ensemble members Suzanne Stumpf, traverso, Daniel Ryan, cello, Michael Bahmann, harpsichord, and guest violinists Sarah Darling and Karina Fox.  Tickets are $25 general admission, $20 for seniors and students.  Children age 7 to 17 are admitted free with an accompanying adult.  Tickets are available through the website at www.oldpostroad.org, by telephone at 781-466-6694, and at the door the evening of the performance.
