Mr. Zieff is still pushing his plan for a huge 40B apartment complex on Route 20, at the former site of Mahoney's Garden Center. This would be the tallest and most massive building in Wayland -- bigger than Wayland High School, the Wayland Town Building and the Super Stop 'n Shop in Town Center. In fact, it would be the biggest building along Route 20 for 30 miles -- from Worcester to Waltham.
