Boston Globe 1/4/09:  Perry Hagenstein has died.  A respected scholar of natural resource policy and economics, Dr. Hagenstein died of cancer on Dec. 27 at his Wayland home. He was 77.  He lived in Wayland for nearly 40 years and was known for his walks through town.
