A Cappella fans take note: Wayland High School’s Muses, T-Tones and Madrigals will hold their semi-annual concert on December 21st at 7:30 pm in the High School Little Theater. Many of the pieces on the program have been arranged by the groups themselves. The groups take the stage after appearing in the sold-out College A Cappella Concert at the beginning of the month.
When asked about the year so far for the Muses, Robyn Levy, Music Director, responded, “"This is the first year that the a cappella groups are organized as clubs at the high school, and we are excited to have our own evening showcasing our work this fall. We (the Muses) are rebuilding this year, after losing half of our group last spring. I am really proud of the girls and their hard work." Also new this fall: the concert is being sponsored by the winter week actors – look for more information at the door. Concert admission: $5 or five canned goods to be donated to the Metrowest Food Pantry.
