The Wayland Board of Health announces it will hold an H1N1 Flu Clinic on Saturday, December 12, 2009 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Town Building, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland.
The Wayland Board of Health has H1N1 vaccine available for the following CDC Target Groups:
- All children ages 6mos-18. Children with underlying health issues that will require injectable vaccine will need to provide recent prescription for asthma medication or letter from doctor verifying health issues and need for injectable vaccine.
- There are also 500 mist doses for healthy adults to and including age 49 (with no underlying health issues)
First come, first served.
