In an ongoing dispute between the developer of the proposed 372,500 square-foot Town Center project and Wayland's Historic District Commission, a Middlesex Superior Court ruling state the commission may hire its own attorney to represent it in the dispute because Town Counsel Mark Lanza has noted a conflict of interest.
