Town Meeting, Night Two

A motion to reconsider Article 3, the Town Center MUOD, has been approved by the moderator.  New information introduced was the correct tax levy on Twenty Wayland, which differed from the numbers in the warrant.  Further, voters who relied on the Town Meeting rules in the warrant would have understood that a standing vote would not be recounted.  That article will be brought up again for discussion at the end of the regularly scheduled articles.
