I found the letter by the Water Commissioners in this week's Town Crier to be somewhat ingenuous. if they are truly concerned about the health and safety of Wayland residents, why on earth do the hours for hand watering coincide with the hours when EEE- and West Nile-bearing mosquitoes are most active?

Also, if there is currently insufficient water pumping capacity to serve residents at this point in time, what are they going to do when/if the Town Center project gets underway?
