The final stage of the affordable housing and park project at the former Nike site on Oxbow Road in north Wayland is under way, with all 16 living units purchased and occupied, a condo association formed, and a recent open house hosted by the residents to celebrate their arrival, meet their new neighbors, and acknowledge those who have helped with the undertaking over the years.
