Wayland Town Crier 10/16/09: Wayland native receives Starlight Children’s Foundation award . Wayland native Ross Homer recently became the recipient of the Starlight Children’s Foundation 2008 International Volunteer of the Year award.

In his honor, Starlight donated a Fun Center – a mobile entertainment and gaming unit – to Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center, the hospital of his choice.
