Wednesday Workouts to benefit the Wayland Food Pantry

Leslie, Certified Personal Trainer, and Whole Foods Team Member, will be conducting group exercise classes each Wednesday through Oct. 21 from 7:15pm–8:15pm. The focus will be on body stabilization, increasing overall strength and gently sculpting your muscles.
 
Join Leslie at the Parmenter Community Health Center 266 Cochituate Road. All fitness levels welcomed! A donation of $5 or canned good items are requested for the Wayland Food Pantry. For your comfort, bring a mat or towel for floor exercises and light weights for arm exercises (optional).
