Wayland Town Crier 6/12/09:  MetroWest schools make Newsweek list. Several MetroWest high schools are among the country’s highest-participating schools for Advanced Placement and other exams, according to a recent survey by Newsweek. The survey, "America’s Top Public High Schools," included 1,500 schools across the country. Wayland, which is among a number of communities that boycotts the rankings believing the single metric methodology flawed, was not included.
