Please join in for the May WCPA parent enrichment event…  “Back on the Career Track: Returning to Work After a Career Break” RSVP to enrichment@waylandwcpa.org Have you ever contemplated whether or not to go back to work?  Are you on maternity leave and thinking of a career change?  Many of us question whether or not we’ve made the right career decisions and wonder how best to make changes to the paths we have chosen.  Fortunately, successfully restarting your career can be done in seven easy steps!  In this lecture, Carol Fishman Cohen will give an overview of the strategy she and her co-author Vivian Steir Rabin developed for returning to the workforce after a career break.  She will talk about her own “relaunch” story, she’ll review the career paths of inspirational "Relaunchers," and will discuss the employer and university response to growing numbers of relaunchers in the market.  She will also talk about relaunching careers in a difficult economy.  Please join us for this timely and instructive discussion of the fundamental issues of career reentry.
