Sock Drive for the homeless

Scott Gagnebin, Allen Horine, Andrew Nolin and Andrew Straube, middle school students from Wayland Boy Scouts, are doing a sock drive for the homeless.  They are doing this for a community badge they are earning.

Homeless people need socks to pad their feet as their shoes may be worn out.

Socks also keep them warm and they can use them for their hands at night.  Any type of socks, any size would be greatly appreciated.  If you would like to give a check, there will be an envelope in the main office, marked Sock Drive.

When the socks are collected, they will be given to Bristol Lodge and Mary’s House in Waltham.  The drive ends on April 10th.  Thank you for helping with this project.
