The Dudley Chateau on Crest Road will lose its liquor license for four weeks following a huge brawl on the premises on the night of Dec. 27. Among the recent liquor license violations seen at the Dudley Chateau, according to Police Chief Robert Irving, are serving alcohol to intoxicated people, employees not certified in TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) training, and not having an accessible roster of employees with TIPS certification.
