The following preview was submitted by Town Administrator, Fred Turkington:

There is no meeting of the Board of Selectmen on Monday, February 15th due to the observance of President's Day.  Town facilities will be closed on Monday.
 
The next meeting of the Board of Selectmen will be held on Monday, February 22nd in Town Building.  The tentative agenda includes attendance at the presentation by the Finance Committee of the recommended FY2011 operating and capital budget.  
 
Selectmen are also expected to discuss and vote on the option of moving the scheduled May 4th Town election to May 11th to coincide with the special election to fill the state Senate seat of Scott Brown.  Because of the special state election, the Board will vote to postpone the previously scheduled start of Annual Town Meeting from Monday, May 10th to Thursday, May 13th.  Adjourned sessions of town meeting would then be held on Monday, May 17th, Wednesday, May 19th and Thursday, May 20th as necessary.
 
Later in the evening, selectmen will review correspondence, consider the consent calendar, hear the report of the Town Administrator, and review the projected agenda items for the next several meetings of the Board.  The proposed agenda for the meeting will be posted by the end of next week.
