Wayland Town Crier 12/27/09:  Appeals Court rejects appeal from Town Center developer. The state Appeals Court quickly rejected an appeal from Town Center developer Twenty Wayland, backed by the Wayland town administrator’s office and the Massachusetts Municipal Association (MMA), to disallow the town’s Historic District Commission (HDC) from retaining its own attorney in a dispute with the developer.
