Wayland High School Fine Arts Students Wow this Holiday Season

WAYLAND, Mass. – December 15, 2009 – With close to 450 students participating in the visual and performing arts, these programs are thriving at Wayland High School. In the past week students have had the opportunity to shine in band, chorus and orchestra concerts, and this time around the music was accompanied by an art show.

According to Susan Memoli, Fine Arts Director at Wayland High School, “The Wayland High School Fine Arts Department is pleased to present opportunities to display the outstanding products of student efforts. Combining the visual arts and music allows us to showcase the finely tuned talents of our visual and musical artists involved in the WHS arts community. It also encourages those students and families to sample the exceptional work on display both in the art gallery and on the stage.”
