Wayland Town Crier 11/19/09: Baldwin Pond Water Treatment Facility uses latest technologies. Wayland’s brand-new Baldwin Pond Water Treatment Facility off of Route 27 near the Sudbury border is all set to go online and is coming in below budget.

With an original Town Meeting appropriation of $10.2 million, the 7,500-square-foot state-of-the-art plant is 98 percent complete with about $1 million leftover.
