Online registration is now open for a polymer clay bead making workshops with artist Jill Curtis on Saturday December 12, from 2- 4pm in the Raytheon Room of the library. This workshop will provide you all the necessary skills to get started making polymer beads. Learn the basics from preparing the polymer, baking techniques, making holes, storing unfinished pieces, and simple cane work. Materials will be provided. Jill earned her B.F.A. in Painting and Art History from Framingham State College. She has taught at various art institutions in the Boston area including the Worcester Art Museum, the Arlington Center for the Arts, and the Southborough Art Center. To register, go to the Library's event calendar.
