Friday, December 4, 14th Annual Fall College a Cappella Concert, Wayland Middle School, 7:30pm

In what promises to be a great evening of family entertainment, three popular college a cappella groups—Brandeis VoiceMale, Bowdoin Miscellania and the Amherst DQs—will perform at Wayland Middle School Friday December 4.

Two of the groups, Bowdoin Miscellania and Amherst DQs, feature Wayland High School alumni: Kathryn Jordan, class of 2006, and Dan Barnes, class of 2008. Wayland High School’s own a cappella groups—the Madrigals, Muses and Testostertones—will also be performing.

The concert starts at 7:30pm. Tickets: $15; payment by check only (please make checks payable to CAPA) at Russell’s Garden Center or the Wayland High School main office. This concert always sells out, so buy tickets early. For more information: 508-276-1692 or argreenawalt@comcast.net.

Produced by the Creative Arts Parents Association (CAPA), the College A Cappella Concert is a major fundraiser to support visual and performing arts programs at Wayland High School. CAPA raises and provides funds for arts programming, such as instruments and equipment, master classes, enrichment trip scholarships, fine arts jackets, transportation and registration fees for competitions, auditions and festivals, and much more. For more information on becoming involved in CAPA or making a donation, contact Mary Beth Finch.
