Wayland Town Crier 8/28/09: An outdoor classroom at Claypit Hill Schoo. As school was winding down in June, Claypit Hill School students were busy planting their seedlings in their new vegetable garden, located off the fourth-grade wing.

“Wait until the students return to school in September,” said Principal Debbie Bearse. “They will be delighted to see the transformation in the garden. I watched in June as students busily planted and watered their seeds and seedlings. When they return they’ll see the fruits (and vegetables) of their labor!”
