Mineck DBC Junior Cup a little more than two weeks away, tournament organizers have announced the Team New England roster for the prestigious event taking place Sept. 5-6 at Boston Golf Club. Representing Team New England will be a group of the region's top junior golfers hailing from Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut and Rhode Island, including Ben Balter (hometown Wayland, Mass.; graduation year 2013).
