Thursday, January 15, “Fitness for Everybody” with Debra Goldman, Wayland Library, 7:30pm.

Have you resolved to get fit in the new year? Do you want to improve your health? Lower your risk of disease? Are you confused by conflicting information on how much to exercise? What kind of exercise to do? How to exercise safely without injury? How to make the time to exercise? Exercise doesn’t have to be a chore, one more thing you "have to do." Come join Goldman for a fun filled session at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 15, where she will teach us what to do, how and when to do it. You will leave with practical tips on incorporating fitness into your lifestyle. Debra will answer your questions, demonstrate different exercises, and help you find the joy in physical activity. She has been a certified personal trainer for almost 30 years and a Stott trained Pilates instructor for over 10 years. She works with men and women of all ages and medical conditions.
