The Board of Selectmen discussed the new “pay-as-you-throw” (PAYT) system, which is scheduled to go into effect on July 1 at the Transfer Station, as well as signage and fence removal at the former Nike Site on Oxbow Road and Historic District Commission concerns about Town Center traffic mitigation at its meeting last week.
