Wayland Town Crier 5/6/09: Play ball, but where?: Numerous teams creates difficulty in scheduling. The new lights at the Cochituate Ballfield on West Plain Street have made it the “Field of Dreams” for so many leagues that there is not enough availability for all the teams to schedule night games. And that has some Wayland residents crying foul on the Park & Recreation Commission for not following a new policy on field use that was implemented on January 1.
