Metrowest Daily News 2/25/09: Home prices drop across state; Realtors optimistic.  The chart accompanying the article contains price change data for area towns.  While statewide median prices dropped 20% from January 2008 to January 2009, Wayland’s median sale prices rose 26%.  This report comes after an earlier report showing that Wayland’s median home sales had previously dropped more than surrounding towns.
