We require that all users use their real name as their user name. We need to ensure that the opinions expressed on the Forum are legitimate, and are not from people misrepresenting themselves as someone else. We feel that users will be more civil and accurate if posting using their own names.
Although the administrators and moderators of Wayland eNews Forums will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum and objectionable photos off the photo gallery, it is impossible for us to review all messages and photos. All messages express the views of
their author, and neither the owners of Wayland eNews Forums, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.
By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages or photos that are obscene, vulgar,
sexually-orientated, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.
The owners of Wayland eNews Forums reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread or photo for any reason.

The user must have the legal right to post any photographs they post to the Photo Gallery. If the photo is of a private property, the owner of the property must have provided their permission to the photographer; if the photograph is of individuals, they must have provided their consent. No photograph may be obscene or vulgar in any way. The Administrators of the site reserve the right to remove any photograph they find objectionable.
You retain ownership of any photo you upload to the Photo Gallery. However, you grant WaylandeNews the right to use your photograph(s) on the WaylandeNews website and in the WaylandeNews newsletter.
